Rental Notes:
Changeover day is flexible.
A cleaning charge of £20 will be added for each weeks rental.
A 10% discount will be deducted for every additional week after the first.
A £100 deposit is required to reserve the booking plus an additional £50 per week for any bookings over 2 weeks.
The remainder of the payment is payable 2 months prior to holiday commencement.
If the booking is made within 2 months of the holiday commencement. Payment in full is required.
No smoking in the apartment
A Maid will clean the apartment and change the bedding and linen once a week.
An airport transfer to the apartment can be arranged at a very low cost
